PURCHASING & SHIPPING POLICIES
Our products are in high demand. Please allow all orders to have a 1-50 day shipping process time. We will do our best to ship within 7-10 days. Gem Blvd's crystals restock and sell out quite often which results in a backup of orders, that's why the processing time is longer. There are sometimes delays and, on our homepage, there will be messages and updates regarding our products.
After your order has been processed and is complete, the packaging will be shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service.) Your order will be a tracked shipping system so your order can be tracked easily. After your order has been shipped, we will email you an estimated arrival time with a tracking number. Please make sure to pay attention to the location of your package. Some packages may require a signature upon arrival. If you are not home on the delivery day, you will receive a slip to be collected at your local office. If you fail to collect this package from the local office, it will be returned to our company within 15 days. You will not receive any type of refund. You may place or re-order you package again.
For the safety of our products, all orders will be packed accordingly for shipping using bubble wrap, tissue paper, and reusable bags, to ensure the safe arrival of our products. Should our products be damaged during our shipment, depending on the situation, you may be eligible for store credit.
Our shipping is calculated at checkout time based on location, weight, quantity, etc. The determining factors of shipping costs sometimes, unfortunately, can not be controlled as they are automatically generated through our carrier. Included is a $4.00 handling fee to cover all packaging costs and time-frames.
If for some reason you are requiring an express process, please checkout the express shipping cost and requirements. If you cannot see any items on our site, please be advised that products sell out fast and will show up again when restocking begins. All prices are US valued dollar and will show at check-out. Currently, we only ship in the US.

REFUND POLICY
Sometimes our products sell out quickly due to high demand of rare items. Purchases, sometimes, are not always guaranteed due to high volume on our restocking dates. Please be advised before purchasing our products, Please check our availability of that product and restocking dates. This will be posted on our home page update tabs. You can sign-up to our email list to be notified when new items come in or for any additional information. Because we are a small business, it is our job to do our best, to obtain as much stock and process your order as quickly as we can. There is NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, or EXHANGES will be permitted. ALL sales are final including NO CANCELLATION order as well. Please double-check your order at check-out to make sure the items you want/needed is correct. Any items that you may have accidently ordered, you will not receive a bank refund. Please make suer that your address and email are correct. If changes are needed, please correct it before the package is marked "Shipped" in an email to you with your tracking number. If you fail to do so, your package will be returned to us at Gem Blvd as a "Returned to Sender." If this occurs, no refund will me made. No exceptions. because of the amount of volume we ship, please make sure all information is correct. If your packages are of high cost value, you may also be required to sign for it as it arrives to your address to prevent and loss of theft. If you are not available or home to sign for the package, a mail slip will be left at your door or mailbox. This will insure you the time to pick-up your package at the local post office. The address or contact phone number will be left on your slip. If you fail to collect the parcel within 15 days, the package will be returned to us on our expense with no refund may be issued. Because of the high volume of shipping we do, lost or stolen packages will not be refunded or shipped for a second or third time. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible or do we have control over that package. All packages are sent with tracked shipping to prevent these issues.
RESPONSE TIME
Please allow us 1-10 Business days minimum to respond to all of our emails. Depending on the volume of packages going out, and emails sent, we will get to you in a timely fashion.
